Eligibility
Return requests can be raised within the return window shown on each product after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging unless received damaged or defective.
Process
Raise a return from your Orders page. The seller reviews, approves, and arranges pickup or provides return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund is initiated.
Refunds
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method after Super Admin approval. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to your provided account.
Non-returnable items
Certain categories (e.g. custom-made, hazardous, or perishable goods) may be non-returnable; this is indicated on the product page.
