Buyer cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched from your Orders page at no charge.
Post-dispatch
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery per the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Seller/platform cancellation
An order may be cancelled if the item is out of stock, the address is undeliverable, or fraud is suspected. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
